I had my Implanon implant put in around 2011 and i stayed the same weight until 2013 when I decided to lose 2 and a half stone (which wasnt gained because of the implant, it was gained due to my love of chocolate and pizza), the weight came off when I turned my everyday diet around and started working out. Great thank you. I normally eat one can of Tuna and two fillets of either Salmon or another fish a week so i'm alright at the moment but as I say I'm looking for something to replace chicken. I'll not risk more fish. Thank you for your help.

I tend to stick to Tuna, Salmon, Cod, Haddock and Trout. What will the side effects of too much mercury be? Thank you for the reply :)

One of the lads i work with adds coconut oil to his black coffee in the morning, that helps him get his healthy fat intake up :)

Try the infused raisins from Nakd. They are relatively cheap and you can get all sorts of flavours!

I buy mine from The Protein Works, only 2gs of sugar and 20g of protein. No chemicals or anything nasty and the flavours are amazing! Really good prices too!

I've heard quite a few people saying lifting is great for women too! I messed around with my settings a little bit if i got to my target weight of 55kg and wanted to maintain it i should be eating around 1600 which seems about right i guess? Haha no offense taken.

Thank you for all the replies :) I am so confused by the amount of things im supposed to be eating. I used to go over on my protein alot anyway, but after doing research and things i deliberately eat more chicken, tuna, salmon and other things that naturally have alot of protein in. Maintaining seems so daunting!

I was always going to keep going to the gym, i was just asking advise on whether to keep everything at what i am currently or change the amount of time spent or anything.

I was advised to eat 1280 calories by MFP. For me, this is enough. I have a bowl of special k oats for breakfast, a banana at 10 o clock, tuna with red onions and peppers for lunch, followed by a ski yogurt with raspberries. for tea i have a stir fry or something along those lines, with low cal spray and i only use light…
