I went high on my proteins when doing p90x, my weight was not dropping.

According to the calculator of insanity TDEE was 34xx. so, Mfp 2400+exercise aprox 500. Gives 1lb per week. 3400-2900=500x7

I have never used shakeology due to cost. I recently bought optimum nutrition and Dymatize elite protein powders. Trying to up protein levels and was ok priced.

It is probably pirated. Most will work without problems. My bonus disks and 1 of the max disc does not work very well. Hope you have better luck, and I bought a sealed set. :(

Set your diary to public. Also, log all 7 days a week. If you want to eat free on a day ok, but log it. Then you will be able to review total calories for the week.

I am trying the eat more idea. I recommend trying to change from the least you can eat, to the most you can eat, and still lose weight. I am consuming about 1200 more per day, and not gaining. Do the exercises on a yoga mat. Weight it down with dumbbells if needed. I am doing this same thing myself. Also, several people have recommended crosstrainer shoes. I find the yoga mat has helped.

First 30 days I was consuming 220 to 270 g of protein. Lower carbs, packed all meals at home, no soda. Only what I cooked Had the same result as during those days, with the junk in. Should I not be at a deficit that does not allow room to have junk?
