So I cook the entire package that is 698 grams. Total of 738 calories. From the food label on package. I did a google search 698 grams chicken breast it is saying…

Couple of questions? Weight stalled
1. Is there a test to determine BMR? Where is such test conducted? Covered by insurance? 2. I lost 20 lbs in my first 28 days. However, since that time I have not lost weight. 3 weeks at the same low. I did not aim for a certain number but logged as a tracking tool in the first month. Would you drop your calories from the…

8,500 additional calories
That is how many calories I have increased per week. My weight is still not moving up or down. Still in the same range. I am trying to lose weight. Would you increase more? Inches are not decreasing either. I seem stuck, but most say to change up the diet, 8,500 is a big change.

How long would you wait, before increasing again.
5-8, 34 male, 220. I am currently doing Insanity, have a desk job, but am active away from work. I keep trying to change my calorie level to find the level that will help me lose weight. If your not losing and frustration is high
Here is a different method, and you might consider it as "losing weeks of time and progress". But your stalled anyway so what will it hurt. Change your minds way of thinking, what is the max amount of food I can take in and still lose weight. You need to log all activity and all food. This includes all of the work around…

Weight loss pattern
I am curious of your weight loss patterns. I am on the scale multiple times a day. My weight fluctuates by as much as 4-8 lbs between different days. I only record new lows. I might hit a low and then 3 weeks later before I see a new low. I still cant find the amount of calories to make a steady loss every week. My loss is…

Confused
Last year I started riding an exercise bike for 3 months and lost 40 lbs. I then stalled and switched to p90x and lost no additional weight. While riding the exercise bike I was consuming net 1300. Around October, I quit working out and went to all sugar for food, and gained most of my weight back. This year I started…

Looking for the key to my body
I am currently on week 11 of p90x. Most days I do additional form of exercise cardio. I have tried high protein, no dairy, low carbs, no junk, low sodium, high calories, and my weight barely moves. I even do p90x yoga. I eat back my exercise calories. I weigh my food, I use polar hrm ft40, subtract my bmr from the calories…

I would like a rule change
To post on the forums your food and exercise journal must be public to Mfp users. I see a lot of people posting about there (sometimes fast) amazing results, but there food journal is not viewable. I want to see foods their eating, surplus, etc. How much water, exercise patterns. I don't expect this change, just my opinion.

Not afraid to exercise, but can't get the other 80% right
So last year I melted weight off for 2 months. Then started p90x and other exercise. Weight loss stalled for months, I could eat anything and not gain or lose. Eat more did not work, eat less did not work. I then checked out for about 5.5 months. Gained weight I was drinking at least 3 large sodas and package of cookies a…

Now What??? Am I just different
I started this journey at 250 January 1. Started on an exercise bike everyday and by mid-March I was 212. I was excited, and decided the bike was getting a little old and decided to start p90x. While doing the bike I was consuming a gross 1500 -1800 calories and netting around 800-1000. Under the dreaded 1200 number saying…
