5-8, 34 male, 220. I am currently doing Insanity, have a desk job, but am active away from work.
I keep trying to change my calorie level to find the level that will help me lose weight. I am now eating over 3000 calories per day which is a net of 2400. The weekend was 4xxxx, was doing yard work. I continue to maintain at the same weight. I use a food scale and a HRM, 100+ days of logging in. I use to subtract my BMR from HRM numbers and quit doing this also. My calories have increased 1200+ day.
With increasing my calories I continue to be in the same 6 lb range.
How long would you pause at this level before adding more calories?
