trying to follow the plan, but I am confused on calories or what it says is a serving. In the margin dairy 200 but says 8 oz skim milk. So do you increase milk quanity to hit the calorie number? Protein 100 calories , serving size 2 slices turkey bacon (50 calories)

P90x second round starting on Thursday 6-23-11
I am starting my second round on Thursday. I finished my first round this past Saturday. I am impressed with my body change except for my weight. Always looking for friends to share results with. Not sure if the wife is going to join me this round or not, just told her I was starting my secound round on Thursday :)

I am trying to determine if I am over estimating my calories with exercise. If I had a bmr of 2400 or 100 per hour, do I need to subtract that from my hrm burn. 700 calories burned-100 calories bmr=600 if workout was 60 minutes.
