Endomorph body type struggle

www.superskinnyme.com. I determined I am an endomorph and am experiencing everything it says. I have been doing high protein, low carbs last couple of weeks. I quit all the good tasting stuff. I do watch sodium as well. Take a protein shake from gnc.

Exercise is p90x everyday and recumbent some days.

Not losing weight, inches not changing in the waist. Muscle mass is increasing from p90x

Starting yesterday I am subtracting bmr from calorie burned hrm tying to get as clean as number as possible.

Any other ideas?

I am always complaining about my weight not dropping, and I think it's my waist not shrinking that bothers me.

I had a 3 month plateau. I started taking CLA & Green Tea (all natural supplements) and I am breaking my plateau. Maybe it is worth a try.

I had the same type of body... but It slowly transitioned... I took a quick peak at your logs. for the most part it looks good, Have you tried spreading your calories out over more meals? There are few meals here in there that could be problematic... I would try to stay more consistent and keep a good eye on your totals, including your macro-nutrients.

Also, I would be careful about eating your exercise calories depending how you're measuring your calories burnedr. Do you use an HRM?

just a suggestion... and of course this is all just IMO
