Time for calorie increase change

So, I shared several days ago my lack of weight loss. I do p90x and yes I wear a hrm. Everyone commented that I was eating too little in their opinion or notp enough protein.

So, I have increased calorie consumption by about net 1,000 a day. Increased protein last two days.

Today:
6 strips turkey bacon
20 oz chicken
8 oz turkey
Gnc shake
Granola
Yogurt
Carrots
Strawberries
Eggs
Tlc bar

My question how long before scale should drop before I really panic about not dropping.

    try and add in some protien bars/shakes
    i think your having a little bit too much meat
    with the turkey bacon, chicken and more turkey.
    try some un salted organic nuts or something like
    that aswell :)
