How is it?

I have been watching what I eat sodium, etc, etc lots of protein, low carb food

This weekend
18 or so French toast
5 32 oz gatorades
8 20ounce bottles of soda.
8 slices turkey bacon
Pizza
3-4 dinner rolls
3-4 ice cream cones
Syrup
Powdered sugar


Yes I did a lot of calorie burn, very little protein, and lost few pounds from a level I have been at for several weeks. I wish it was a new low. Is this my bodies way of saying give more carbs vs protein?
