Jan 1 to March-5 weight fell off. Looking at my journals. Low calories, high carbs, low protein, high sugar (not naturals good tasting ones, soda, ice cream), high sodium, just calories. 60-90 minutes of recumbent bike daily.

Today: high protein, GNC supplement for protein, low carbs, low sodium, trying to eliminate the junk (eating out), lower sugar. p90x 63 days complete. No weight loss, More muscle, inches lost,

Yes, I continue to post topics about this problem, this is my therapy and keeps me thinking about it. I think I am being very patient 2.5 months. I am looking for ideas on how to break the cycle: Yes I want lbs to drop, muscles are awesome, but lbs is still the goal.

So, far I am in a net increase of 1000 calories per day pushing my gross to around 2400-2600 depending on workout. Vs I was consuming about 1400-1800 gross netting 700-900. (I was advised to give this a month, couple more weeks to go)

If this does not work, what other things should I try that have worked. More calories, additional workout, more carbs, less protein, replace meal with a shake,

Body fat is still high 20%+. Waist/Hip ratio is very close to 1 if not over, all signs there is weight that should be able to go away. my weight loss goal is still almost 40 lbs away.

However, it is obvious I dont know how to get the pounds/fat to start dropping again. I know I can put on sweat suits and drop water weight (I dont need the health warnings).
