So many calories no sacrifice

so I have been at same weight since march. Doing p90x and declined my calories to net 700-900. That was too little and caused my body to plateau. So I have been increasing calories to try to get weight to drop. However, I get so many now I never miss out on anything including the junk. Eating clean has rewarded me with zero weight loss, and eating dirty has not caused any weight gain. It would be a perfect maintenance diet if that is what I was trying to do.

My inches are at the same place as well.

When eating clean I was eating tons of protein to drop. Consuming a pound of turkey low sodium for 1 meal as an example. 5 eggs, 10 strips of turkey bacon, protein shakes, no junk, low carbs lots of protein. Net 1800-2000

Now with junk I am consuming 2300-2600 net. Eat clean why if the results are the same?

I so bad want to drop my consumption to net 1500 for I feel a sacrifice is needed. However, everyone is saying eat more and more if your not losing or if your stuck.

Just looking at your diary, you're not even coming close to eating all of your calories. The only thing you're going over on is your sodium at thats from all the fast food. You need to eat more calories, but you need to eat more healthy. If you're looking for high calorie/yummy foods, think nuts. Put peanut butter on everything. When my coach had me on an all I could eat diet I would have peanut butter and banana milkshakes every night for dessert. I think you need to up your water intake, up your calories, and ditch the fast food for some HEALTHY high calorie alternatives.

Sorry it's so frustrating! Keep at it. Even if the scale and inches stay the same, your body will function so much better without the junk!

Everyone has their ideas but there are no cut and dry answers that fit us all. Don't give up though - trust the process. Exercising and eating good healthy food does and WILL pay off. Good quality meats, nuts and lots of veggies always make me feel great and that tells me a lot right there. :flowerforyou: I hope things start rolling for you soon.
