I debated with a user about the accuracy of my diary.
I purchase from Aldi and Walmart. Buy chicken breast and it says 4 ounces or 112 grams is 110 calories. So I cook the entire package that is 698 grams. Total of 738 calories. From the food label on package.
I did a google search 698 grams chicken breast it is saying 15xx calories
Which data do I use?

In the database here on MFP search: Chicken breast, meat only, raw.
Find the entry without the *. That entry comes from the USDA. I think it said 123 calories for 112g.
The package is close. But maybe Walmart injects some salt water into their chicken which would increase the weight without increases the calories, bringing it to 110 calories for 112g. I'd go with the package on this one.0
