As a stay at home mom of 4, and wife to a guy that commutes over an hour to work and then again to come home...I'm happy to do all the stuff around the house! Most likely he or the kids (who do have chores) won't do things the way I want them anyway! HA! He will however help bath the little guy or occasionally clean the…

I'm still hangin' in there!! Not able to get in the exercise I would like with our busy schedule..but trying to do a little here and there when I find a few minutes.

I don't always log on weekends. I need to improve that. But I do log all week. Not getting as much time to exrecise..just small bits here and there. Other than that...things are still going pretty well :)

All week things have been crazy for me with traveling back and forth to my sons camp. But, I have held it together pretty well. Even though I was away from home with the kids, i was able to make much better choices than I used to. Picnics always meant we would buy cookies, chips and all kinds of snacky things...this time I…

Thanks guys!!! It's been a long 6 months...this is the point where I would just normally be happy and then put it all back on.... :( BUt now I am thinking..if I keep this up..another 6 months could be a whole new and fitter me!!! LOL...Thankfully all my kids are spread out...I only have one "little" guy. Everyone else is kinda doing their own thing...I do spend a lot of time driving my 14 year old from event to event. But, in the evenings when the little kids are winding down, I get the older ones to hang out with them long enough for a walk. Any…

I have had a one since Feb and I really like it. I have to say though, I would like a flex. Just because it would be less likely to fall off. I keep my one clipped to my bra. Over the last 4 months, the casing for the one has stretched a little due to body heat and taking it in and out to charge...I keep a tiny little hair…

LOL...I would LOVE to be in Cali!!!!!! I have talked to hubby about it multiple times...but, I can not leave my grandparents...and my 14 year old son (1 of 4 kids!) is an athlete and just starting in high school, so he won't leave till he finishes. I also have one who will be a senior this year, a daughter in 2nd grade and…

Yay! Glad to be here!!! I was just getting to the point that I needed a new push. I am .4lbs away from what was my original goal But, now that I am almost there, I need to keep going!!! I put on my smallest jeans yesterday, that I haven't worn in 3 years and I was so happy...now I am wondering where another 10lbs will take…

Another YEP here!!! I eat Bran flakes, 100% whole grain breads, potatoes (baked, mashed), oats, beans, pasta...And I am sure there is more..... I just don't eat it them the way I used to!! I portion them now. I think I stay around or below 200g a day. I just had an egg white sandwich on a slice of toast! :)

A little pepper spray can go a long way ;) Just kidding! I liked the idea of taking a picture back of them. Also, give them a little middle finger with a big SMILE... they are just miserable in their own life...screw them and GOOD for you for sticking with it and changing your life!

I'm 5'6" and currently about 158....I am in a size 13...I CAN get into an 11..but it looks ridiculous...I have more "junk in the trunk" and will always wear jeans that are bigger than someone else who is my height and weight. I was a 10/12 in my early 20's in the 130-35 range...So, jeans smaller than a 10 to me, almost…

I'm 5'6", 34 years old, started at 187 and currently 158....my first goal is 155, then I would love to get in the 145ish range...I can't imagine what it would be like to be in the 130ish range..and I am afraid I will look too thin. But, I will see how I feel and look in the clothes as I get closer. In my pic (taken today)…

I have never thought of a poptart ice cream sandwich!!! You actually buy these are Carl's?? We don't have any, that I know of, in Ohio. WOW...so, to people who have made their own...Do you freeze the pop tart as well?? And THEN put the ice cream on it??
