  • Another YEP here!!! I eat Bran flakes, 100% whole grain breads, potatoes (baked, mashed), oats, beans, pasta...And I am sure there is more..... I just don't eat it them the way I used to!! I portion them now. I think I stay around or below 200g a day. I just had an egg white sandwich on a slice of toast! :)
