Lost my mom 4 years ago today. She was addicted to food, cigarettes and depended on her pain meds. It destroyed her body. Wondering what day is a favorite for people to do their weigh ins and why? I have always done Sat morning because I usually have Sat evening as a free time to eat out with the family or have a treat, etc.
