I have this problem at night. My snacking is a little more extreme - chips/onion dip, M&M's, ice cream/ice cream sandwhiches. This is very true. I have a severe thyroid condition and all of them interfere with my synthroid mendication. Be very careful. Maybe try a natural fiber supplement first to cleanse and that may help boost your system toward your weightloss goal!

If you are talking about the large exercise balls, I've done sit ups on them. I use a small 2lb medicin ball in a cardio workout and I feel a HUGE difference in my workout. I love using it!!!!
