Question everyone who posted on here... does anyone have bad or troublesome knees? I've wanted to do the 30 Day Shred but have been told by a few people it's not for anyone with knee problems.

I have an MFP friend who is a Beach Body rep. She said for bad knees ChaLean Extreme is a better choice. I have the same problem. I want to try it but haven't yet.

bump! I have the same problem lately. I was able to keep them away for a few weeks but the last two have been horrible. I've gone for a short walk or drank a ton of water and neither has worked!!!

I eat 1200 calories a day and have lost a pound a week when I haven't cheated here and there. I know when I don't eat all my calories I've burned, I lose. Sometimes I dip a little into them and other times I eat my 1200. That keeps your body out of starvation. Gotta eat at least that much. I have a friend on here who was…

Go into your settings under you food tab. I just went into mine and saw that I could label my meals. You should be able to fix the problem. Post if that works!

I do both. If I have the time, such as after my usual grocery shopping, I make my own bags of certian things like cheese crackers.
