Hey everybody,

Started last week, and have to say I love this site so far! I have to say the thing that motivated me was my 3yr old son. Let's just say he took a picture of me on my phone without me knowing. Didn't realize how much weight I had gained after three kids and not eating to healthy. Its time for a change! I really hope to meet new people on here. Help keep me motivated and know I am not the only one going through the weight loss journey.

    Welcome, I know the phone thing well. We were at Disney World and I was standing next t Donald Duck, lets just say his hips and my hips were not that different. That was my wakeup call
