I'm finding it really hard to get back into lifting after my holiday.need to get some motivation. So finally forced myself to workout today; Squats 1x5@45,60 and 5x5@92lbs. Ohp 1x5@40 then 5x5@45lbs. Deadlifts 1x5@92,then 2x5@126lbs.

Tonight's workout after warm up Squats 5x5 @85lbs. Ohp 5x6@42lbs. Deadlift 2x5@120lbs. This is my 2nd workout after starting back so the weights are low.ohp is 10 lbs lower than what I was lifting before my holiday and felt really heavy.squats and deadlift felt really easy though.

I've been lifting for 8 months and am at 50lbs on ohp.ive bought fractional weights so I move up in 2lb increments but still get stuck at one weight for a couple of months at a time. Being able to lift 50 after just 5 weeks is really good.

Today's workout I've taken an extra few days off because of neck pain.i get rsi every now and then from work .it causes muscles spasms in my neck and shoulder. Squats 1x5@50lbs ,80 then5x5@106lbs. decided to deload again,I go away soon so won't be lifting for about 11 days so decided to wait till after my holiday to work…

Today's workout Squats 1x5@45,85,105 then 5 4 4@118lbs. Bench 1x5@40,60, then 55545@67lbs. Rows 1x5@60 then 5x5@75 lbs. Bulgarian split squats 30 each leg. Even though I failed on the last 2 sets in squats they felt easier than last time.going to stay at 118 till I can get all 3 sets.

I felt like I was cheating by dropping sets but I'm close to bodyweight too and was getting so tired.i did 5x5 then Deadlifts a few weeks ago and I was wiped out. That looks like a good set up when moving up.your numbers are really good!

I totally get where you're coming from.i put my numbers into madcow and liked the low weight days and the different reps.i feel liked I'd complete the sessions easier and not feel fed up failing and deloading..ive got a little addicted to lifting and surprised at how mentally it's affecting me when I can't finish my sets…

Its actually how I'm starting to feel.im grinding out the same weight on most of the lifts week in week out and feel like I'm close to the maximum I'll ever lift lol. On a positive note I've lost more inches and my weight is still 123 lbs so recomp is finally working.

Today's workout Squats 1x5@45,85,3@106 then 3x5@118lbs Ohp 1x5@15,40 then 5x5@50lbs Deadlift 1x5@85,105,128 then 1x5@150lbs. Bulgarian split squats 30 each leg. Decided to drop to 3x5 on squats,it feels like a low number to drop on tbh but I'm struggling with the last 2 sets.wasnt sure whether to deload or drop sets.

its happened the last few sessions since moving up from 100 lbs, the first 3 sets go ok then my legs get tired and I'm leaning forward too much and my back starts doing the work. My overall goal is to get stronger and lose some body fat and then try to build more muscle.

tonights workout squats 55532@118lbs. the first 3 sets were fine but by set 4 i started feeling my lower back doing all the work and was scared of hurting it more.im thinking of moving to 3x5 instead of deloading.does 118lbs seem too low to move to 3x5? bench 5x5@67lbs.finally finished all sets. rows 5x5@73lbs.

Today's workout after warm up. Squats 5x5@117lbs.the last set were really hard and could feel my form slipping so will stay at this weight for a few sessions. Bench 55543 @67lbs.i was stuck at 62lbs for a few months so still happy with this. Rows 5x5@70lbs .

Tonight's workout after warm up. Squats 5x5@113lbs.i finally moved up out of my comfort zone! Ohp 5x5@48.7 lbs.then because that felt good I did 1x5@50lbs.been stuck at 47 for ages so pleased to have moved up. Deadlift 1x7@150lbs.

thanks amy!i think its because I have failed a few times at a higher weight,ive sat down and not been able to get up lol.i workout at home so only my husband is there to see.i need to stop being soft lol.
