I notice the same thing. For me I think it's because I can't seem to walk naturally on a treadmill. My feet and calves start to cramp up too. I walked outside yesterday at an average of 3.0 mph.. I can't walk that fast on a treadmill.

I recently saw an episode of Hungry Girl where she made a Banana Split Pie that looked really good, only 172 calories per serving. It is an ice cream pie so you will need some time to let it freeze. Just do a google search for hungry girl.

I have been noticing the same thing. I found one on my nose today! I'm 49 and usually get maybe 1 a year. edit: I just remembered I changed to a new moisturizer not too long ago. It could be that too.

Whew! Mixed all 300 plus some extras by mistake in a circuit with the rest of my workout today. Most were wall ones though. Did 10 real ones and I think 20 on the knees. I only made it through the last 40 because a bootleg song from my favorite bar band came up on my music shuffle :)
