It happens on my FT4 sometimes. I have to stop and adjust it...if I notice. I have complete entire workouts and not had it work though :(

My husband is really fit and couldn't do the 6 days a week because it killed his knees. I agree its a great program, but when we start back up I think we are going down to 4 days a week to save our joints :)

I think is just a 12 hour wait before you go back to hardcore...could be 24 hours, either way I think you are fine. I just don't do a hard workout the night that I donate and go back to normal the next day. Giving blood is far to important so thank you for doing it!! :)

A day late of course :) My total miles Monday-Friday were: 32.05 (between treadmill, stationary bike, and crossramp). I haven't weighed in so that is my only problem. But I am off to do a quick 3k with my 8 year old son for our local fair so I will get on that later!

The book is more about being Vegan than Vegetarian. I am meat free for 3 years now. I can't handle Vegan though. It is an interesting read but I wouldn't suggest buying it. This weeks challenge: burn 750 calories a day min (when I started 100 days ago my goal was 700, I have since lost focus) and do 60 mins low intensity walking (which is what I consider my break/lunch walks)...and yes I will take multivitamin daily!

I live strict Mon-Friday...then the weekend comes and I am free to eat what I please and jump right back in on Monday. I do still exercise on the weekends and don't really want as much junk as before. I have lost 48 pounds in 4 months so I think it works fine for me...to each their own.

Don't know if my last post posted: Down 1.6 pounds this week! That makes a total of 7.2 pounds and 9.5 inches in one month! So happy!

Gave up sode Jan 1, 2011 and haven't looked back! I loved soda of all kinds! Just water and iced tea now!
