I don't really have one this week but I've had a few complements on the weight I've lost and people asking me how I'm doing it. I'll take it! :)

My NSV for the week........I ran in a 5k race!!!!!! ME!!!!! I never ever EVER imagined I could run farther than 5 feet!! And I beat my personal best practice time by about three and a half minutes!! :happy:

Eat lots of fresh veggies and fruits. Try to avoid processed foods as much as possible. As for exercise.....just get moving. Go for walks, dance around your living room.... The more you do the easier it will become.

Don't wait anymore! Start now!!! Set goals, get moving, log everyday......it doesn't have to cost a thing! You don't need anything but a positive attitude!!! :)

It's likely doable. But just do your best everyday. That's all you can ask of yourself. Eat healthier and get active. It can be a bumpy road. You will have good days and bad ones. Sometimes good weeks and not so good ones. Just keep at it. Everyday is a day you become a better you! Don't beat yourself up along the way…

Hi!! This group is a fun idea. I guess my NSV for the week would be this......I was just taking a look at some pictures I took of myself at the beginning of my transformation. I can't believe the difference I see in myself. Looking in the mirror everyday I don't feel like I've changed that much. Looking at those pictures…

I got mine at Bed,Bath and Beyond. But lots of places sell them. Walmart, or anywhere that sells kitchen gadgets. The price can vary greatly. You can get a good one for around $30. The more expensive ones just seem to have gimmicky features. My scale can do grams or ounces

I must admit ..... I've developed a bit of an obsession with avocados. Cut in half, Little pepper on top and scoop 'em out with a spoon!!! Yum!!!

Goal is currently 125-128lbs. We'll see after that...maybe 115-118. I hope to build some muscle though. The numbers on the scale aren't that important
