What is the biggest unexpected surprise after losing weight?
Just curious....for those who have been successful if there is something that has surprised that you never knew or expected would happen? Also, do people in general treat you differently? Are people kinder? Treat you with more respect? Etc...

Small NSV For me!
Last summer I bought myself a shirt that ended up being waaaayyyyy to small for me. I meant to return it to the store but never did. I just found it in my closet and tried it on and it fits perfectly!! Yay me!!!! :)

Can HRM help determine an accurate TDEE??
I recently purchased a HRM. I was wondering if I were to wear it for 24hrs would it give an fairly accurate TDEE? I am just trying to figure out how close my actual TDEE is compared to what I've estimated it to be.

Food diary calorie counts don't add up? Why?
When I view some people's food diaries and add up their meal totals it often does not add up to what their daily total is displaying. This is the number before exercise calories are deducted. Energy levels....

Upping my calorie intake
I'm going to try upping my calories to 1400 from 1200. I am a bit nervous about it. A lot of days I've been just fine at 1200, but now that i am trying to be more active and exercising I am hoping it will work out for the best. Wish me luck!

Are you supposed to do Level 1 for 10 days straight with no rest days and then move on to Level 2 for 10 days etc....? Or do you do 2 days on and one day off one something like that?

Mini victory!!
I had my first mini goal reached yesterday!! According to the wonderful BMI scale (I know not to take that number too seriously)........I am officially no longer "obese"!!! I am now down into the overweight category! Yay me!!!

Sugar in fruit...how concerned should I be?
How concerned should I be with the amount of sugar contained in fruit? Whenever I have a fruit or two it drives up my sugar total for the day and I exceed my recommended limits. Should I not worry so much about these sugars as long as I am not eating too much refined/processed sugary snacks? Thanks!
