Calories left over...to eat or not to eat

I've got quite a few calories left over today. Around 519 if I eat back my workout calories. It's getting late and I'm not at all hungry. I had a big night out at a charity event last night complete with sit down meal and open bar and despite trying to keep track of things I know I went over yesterday's goal.
So my question is.....do I eat? Or do I leave them alone to make up for yesterday?

Not that many really....about 140. I have about 380 regular calories left.

Don't eat them if you're not hungry.

You could just leave it. I usually check my protein and if its low I have a little protein snack.

I always have the most trouble with keeping my protein high enough.:ohwell:

Your body doesn't know when the clock strikes 12-since you went over yesterday, I would just save them (if you are really not hungry).
