the more water you drink the more your body will get used to the amount...i get up about 3 times a night if i drink near a gallon...but id rather have the weight loss and the health than the convenience and extra 5 min of sleep

calorie deficit and more protein to gain muscle..you will tighten up and lose inches. i suggest cardio then strength train 3 to 4 times a week. dont be afraid to lift! you will get results fast

seems like you focus a lot on cardio - i do spin all the time as well and did not see REAL results untill i hit the weights harder cardio is out the window after a couple of days of bad eating - muscles seem to hang in there! plus they help burn that fat even when youre not working!

the Couch to 5K app helped me go from not being able to run 30 seconds without a struggle to running atleast 20 mins on 6 mph as just a warm up....3 days a week.and it increases your time every day.....after you master that you go back and increase your speed....it works if you are consistent...but hey what doesnt lol
