YAY! I hope it works. It can kind of be motivating too, i think well if he can pratice 2 hours straight, i can at least do one hour! :)

Get your workout done while they are at practice. For example during my son's football season, i walk at the track while he is practicing on the field! :) (we practice at a high school). I usually get about an hour of walking in!

I am feeling this way too! About 6 months ago I was totally committed to healthy living, but let it all slide and even stopped tracking calories on MFP! it makes a HUGE difference, i stopped drinking and lost 10 pounds almost IMMEDIATELY! Now I am exercising more and counting calories and i would rather eat something YUMMY than waste my calories drinking all the time! Save the alcohol for special occasions!

I always boil mine in low sodium chicken broth instead of water! My friend gave me this tip and it makes a WORLD of difference! :)
