OMG I MADE A DELISH DINNER LAST NIGHT! :)

So....for those of you who love spinach, like I do, perhaps you'll LOVE this dinner I made last night for myself.. .:)

It was SUPER simple, as I'm always looking for a quick meal after work....

I sprayed a pan with buttery cooking spray, and sauteed some spinach and onions, and sprinkled with a dash of garlic powder....

I then heated up two La Tortilla Factory Herb & Garlic wraps (50 cals each) in the microwave, spread my spinach/onion onto the wraps, rolled up and ENJOYED!! :)

Ok, so I guess I just get OVERLY excited about finding new DELICIOUS meals...but honestly, it was SO good, and come on, how can you beat the SUPER low calories!! :)

Ok....I'll stop raving about it....:) Happy Wednesday everyone! :)

    That sounds very yummy. . .wonder if frozen spinach would work as well? There's not much of a selection where I live at as far as stores go which means it's also hard to find good, fresh produce.

    what section is the La Tortilla Factory Herb & Garlic wraps found in at the grocery store? Taco or bread isle ususally?

    Thats the thing..the wraps are only 50 calories a piece..and tons of fiber too...so you could try so many different things in it....all kinds of sauteed veggies, and chicken would be delish too!! :)

    In the stores my me, its in the TACO AISLE.. :) They are definitely worth it! :)

    Great if you sautee some cubed sweet potatoes in there too. it is limitless! going to try and find these tortillas at our store. thanks :)

    have to try it! I love how you can grab any veggies in the fridge and toss it in a wrap.

    I agree, its AWESOME to just find what veggies you have in the fridge, and toss into a wrap!! The possibilities are ENDLESS!! :)
    The wraps have SUCH a great flavor, in comparison to other wraps thats are MORE calories, and LESS flavor!!

    In the past, I've sauteed some strips of sweet peppers and onions, and sprinkled them with a tsp of taco seasoning...added a few tbsp of salsa, and put THAT into the wrap.YUMMMMMM... a little 'taco' without the calories of ground beef! :)
