  • Looks like we are going to get some major LB's this month. Me - not the best start to the month - no gain this week but no loss either SW: 194 CW: 186 GW for challenge: 176 UGW: 150 I was under calories this week but way too much starch and sodium. Focusing on that in particular this week

  • This ^^^^^ I would have the same socks that you are going to buy or wear when you try them on. It makes a huge difference. REI, Cabella or one of the good outdoor stores also have great hiking pants. You can also try them on and sometimes find them on line at better prices. Patagonia tends to have great sales on line.
