What is your time frame? Cardio or weights? I have seen a number of workouts on line that focus on 15-20 mins.

HHD all! Managed 8.5 miles riding last night! yay! Between being sick last week (which I'm now thinking was the flu and not food poisoning) and travel next week, most of my exercise will be walking and strength training whenever I can! I forgot my other camera but I'll be posting a couple of pics from the mountains shortly!

I was able to get my first ride for the month in! Yay!!!!!!! 8/12 = 8.5 miles. Between being sick which obviously wasn't planned and travel for work, gonna have to figure out some other riding days. But I will get there when I can.

Dress Barn has a lot of good options. Target is the best for casual clothes in my opinion. If there is a Steinmart not too far from you -- you have to shop it but can have great deals. I hate paying full price so I tend to shop deals. I am starting to accept that for "age appropriate" wear, I tend to shop more on-line.

Morning. Got a lot of walking in this weekend including a 6.5 miles hike through the mountains on Saturday. I need to upload a few photos. It made me miss being so close to the mountains. My Trainer moved the Monday workouts to 6am which doesnt do well for me because of work. So I need to work on getting some new routines…

My workouts are not going to be great this week. ended up having to take Monday off because of food poisoning. Managed a "stroll" with the puppies last night and in total walked over 4.5 miles. Better today but business meetings all afternoon through dinner so not sure what may happen. I'll get it back on track:grumble:

I have the Fitbit One which is really good for steps and miles. Calories tend to be off although interestingly there seems to be an adjustment down when it syncs.
