June 1 - Hubby and I did our morning walk of 9 holes of golf which we try and do every Sunday. Total of 120 mins - 4 miles walked. Also added another mile later with my puppies.

I like it. The other thing I read not too long ago was it's great to have goals but also focus on your plan of how to achieve those goals. And by doing it in smaller increments, it keeps it from feeling so overwhelming. I know I need to focus better on some of my food choices - get the bleeping snacking out of my mind! Up…

Happy Sunday! Did 12 miles on the bike yesterday! I'm pretty happy with that. Hubby wanted to ride again today but its really windy so will have to figure something else out. I hate the wind. I will probably take the boys out later though. Stay warm and safe ! Lots of good thoughts and prayers - And hope no one gets sick.
