Morning friends! 3/2/2016 - 6 miles walked = $600 Food journal completed = $50 Under Calories for day - $200 11 glasses of water = $50 Daily Challenge complete = $500 (for some reason I thought yesterday's challenge was only $100 for each set of jumping jacks? )

6 miles walked - $600 Food journal completed - $50 Under calories for the day $200 11 cups of water - $50 I only got half of the crunches down. Things got a bit chaotic when I got home last night

Just a lot of steps yesterday and took the dogs out for a good walk last night. Today is Zumba which will burn some good calories!!! Here we go

Yep - I'm the same. Time to up my game. I was able to get some good work in over the long weekend but my real work and commuting is going to impact the weekday workouts. phew - nice to be back to feeling almost 100% I did get a couple of decent walks in over the weekend. Might have come close to over doing it on Saturday but I survived. - Carl - that sounds great! How fun. I miss getting on my bike.

Got a couple of good walks in yesterday. One at lunch for work. And then took the pups out when I got home. They were all excited with the new sents the rain brought out! Supposed to get some good rain later today so it will be an indoors workout when I get home.

Have had some good workouts but not good enough and it shows. Been doing a lot of walking and boot camp started again, played golf on Friday. but I think I got to get my food back on track

Took the pups out yesterday morning, did about an hour of yardwork and then went for a walk with the girls.
