The curse of being little...it sounds to me like you are losing at a steady pace. That's way faster than I lose! I agree with the comments about weighing your food because guessing will most likely lead to being wrong about calorie counts. I would look at scoobysworkshop.com to calculate your TDEE and do NOT eat back your…

I agree with a lot of the suggestions. i do desk pushups, calf raises, chair dips, and squats every so often. I also wear a fitbit and walk to the farthest bathroom down the hall to get more steps. I'm active outside of work and i eat my set number of calories. it works for me.

Pale and proud. Some of us can't tan but we look good anyway! I proudly display my freckles and pale skin with no shame. Just the way God made me :smooched:

Why do people think the answer to everything is the Government and restrictions?? This has to be the most ridiculous conceptual "list" of wishes. Why can't people take responsibility and ownership of their own actions? I went to college so I could get a good job and have money and insurance (even though a big portion of it…

I am trying to break up with my scale but it's so hard! The scale can be a b-word sometimes. I weigh almost every day but I only log it once a week, if that. I find that when I go out of town and don't weigh every day, I feel better about myself and usually end up weighing less when I get home anyway. I do measurements…

OMG this sheds all new light on gym grossness! Those signs that say "shower before entering the pool/spa" probably don't do any good. As far as equipment, I always wipe down before and after use. Gross to think of someone with only a thin layer of yoga pants between the seat and their business. Yes. Underwear.

THANK YOU! I have days where I feel like I'm not doing enough or not progressing quickly enough so I need selfish plugs like this to help me appreciate the progress I have made and continue to press on! :blushing:

i agree with most above that it does not negatively affect your ultimate weight loss goal. But i will say from my experience, weighing myself first thing in the morning after a heavy night meal puts me up a little more than if i stopped eating earlier in the night. Could be water weight concept, too. I'm not 100% but i…

I write down everything i eat at the buffet on a napkin. Keeping track is good to keep you from overeating. I/e "i've already had about a cup of rice, better not get another scoop", works for me. Keeps me accountable and knowing i have to track it on mfp later keeps me honest!

Awesome accomplishment!! Ease into it and you'll be running farther and farther in no time! Just watch out for shin splints and other issues that come with pushing your body beyond its limitations.

Great work everyone!:drinker: I scroll to a nice 3 or 4 minute song on my phone and plank the entire time. I switch up the position to face front/back then one hip tilted toward floor, etc. Helps to break up the monotony. Keep working towards it - A strong core is the key foundation for fitness and stamina
