I'm not sure, I have the maraina so i dont really get a period(very light, and only lasted 3 days) but even the days I feel the PMS(fat days) I still try to make healthier choices.. Hang in there.. Maggie~

I agree with mair.. I dont eat my excercise cals. I just try to eat healthy, for me I feel like if I eat back my excercise cals then I missed the point of the buring them off kind of thing. I am getting better about eating my calories, but most days I dont use all my calories. Good questiong :)

I have to say I did end up going into the gym that day. I've gone off and on over the years but always would loose the motivation. First, dont sneak weigh ins.. will drive yourself nuts( this is something I have learned over the years, its hard but it will get easier) and 2 how often do you work out? how active are you? you may be getting to few calories. in this case you may want to stick with the 1lb for now. I try to drink more water because I need to, I didnt drink enough. I find that drinking more water now has helped me with the weight loss. I do on occasion drink gatorade, but for me my goal is drinking more water. I do use the crystla light packets to go.. they are only 5 calories, and they have different flavors. I like…

Hi, ya I agree with the others. eat ,more, and make sure you are eating snacks in between meals. I find measuring my food helps me out a lot to. I have also found when eating a snack in between meals( something small) has helped w/ bigger meals, I dont eat as much. Good luck and hang in there..

I agree with link..dont make it a habit, and move on, tomorrow is a new day... we all have our weakness.. nobody is perfect..if so everyone would be a tooth pick.. everyone has that one thing that they do that they wish they didnt.. dont beat yourself up to much, if u must do cardio lol :)

I am proud that I am eating better. I am measuring everything out, and looking at lables and choosing better things :) Also I did a 16minute mile on the eplitcial today! I use FB but this is different for me, only one person other than my husband,parents,in-laws know that im doing this.. I'm not ready to tell them, i know a lot of them are my friends but still. Different "relationships". But there is less pettyness, which I never would have guess w/ a bunch of women :)
