Well I calculated mine online and when I started this whole thing in the begining of Jan my trainer measured my BMI using some computer thing( held it and it measured me) and i was 41.. I just did it now and I am 36.. so it is defiantely going down!:tongue:

I have a huge celectic arrangment. I have 50s music to 80s music, 90s pop, today's hits.But generally I like something that has a good beat. I listen to a lot of 80s(GnR,Journey,Led Zeplin) sometimes I listen to metal(disturbed, Soil, only because my husband does lol )

are you talking about on yourself or the opposite sex? I dont mind a 6 pack but not really ripped either. On myself oh yes I would love to have a 6 pack, maybe next life lol. I like a guy with a little bulk. My husband is broad so his shoulders are pretty big, he is working on the six pack lol.

I do push ups. I've started to see a lot of difference in my back, and i do free weights for arms and shoulders. More to tone up though. Good Luck!

i stretch all the time lol. I have really tight calves, and i had surgery on my right calf because my tendon was to tight(from being over weight not stretching) So I try to stretch all the time(before work out, although my trainer tells me I dont have to because loosing up will hep, I stretch in btween cardio and weights…

and i agree with mellons. Anytime I start a work out I do sometype of cardio since for me it seems to be when i burn the most calories/fat.

I have a personal trainer that I see 2 days a week and one day we do lower body which can sometimes result in cardio(circut training) and then next day we do upper body/strengthening, free weights. I have done the 30minute shred before and I could not do the full 30 minutes. I would work your way up to the time. Do a little more each day, or break it up during the day.. do half in the morning and do the other half at night(if you have the time) just a suggestion.
