Im on day 1 of level 2 today. Just curious - how many calories is everyone consuming? Are you eating your excerise calories back?

I can run 4 miles in 40 mins WITHOUT stopping! I used to have to run 7 mins on, 3 min walking. Next month, I want to say I ran 5 miles in 50 mins! :bigsmile:

What about a veggie omelet with a side of fruit? You can ask if they can make it with egg whites, but even if they don't, it's a great source of protein and low in calories. Just hold the cheese! :)

I do a whole lot of different things: running, eliptical, Slim & 6, kickball (competitive - not your average kiddie sport), walking, spin class I think it's fun to keep mixing it up. :happy:

I started at 192 which was my breaking point for me. I am 5'3.25" and my goal is 135. I've been using MFP for 6 weeks and am down to 178. I work out 5-6 times a week and log everything. You can add me as a friend if you'd like :smile:
