I show my food diary I don't mind people seeing how much of what I eat.... I was very surprised how few calories some people eat in a day.

A friend of mine lost weight last week but managed to put an inch on around his waist! Everyone goes through the not losing any fat/weight just have to stay strong. Don't be tempted to cut calories I did that once not a great idea :-/
