  • Thanks guys, I'm working on eating healthier (lots of veggies, less carbs, more protein) and adding workouts of 20-30min Cardio, and Weight lifting 3-5 days a week. This sounds in line with that you guys are offering. Thanks!
  • are you on any mediations? could be a side effect. Are they normal headachs, or a migrane? They can also be weather related. If there's been a lot of weather changes, the pressure changes and causes headachs.
