I used to have the same problem. I would rather have brown rice because it is healthier. So I put a chicken bouillon cube in mine. I prefer the Maggi brand but Knorr is good also :)

Well I am someone who lost about 40 pounds in 10 weeks on a 1600 calorie diet and working out 4-5 days a week. So I believe you. Also, the bigger you are, the more weight you will lose. Don't get mad at this persons success, just work harder and maybe you too will have amazing results. Besos...
