I've heard a lot about Cathe. I'm going to have to heck her out!

Thanks for all your help :-) like mentioned above T 25 does have jumping but has a modifier that makes the moves with a little less impact. Perhaps once I feel I completely nailed T25 if feel more confident and get insanity.

I'm so thankful for your responses. I think I'm going to try and mix up what I already have. Keep a closer eye on my food. I will admit I struggle keeping my protein intake at around 80g a day. I'm vegetarian and don't eat meat substitutes. After my recovery week I will probably take a week off working out and just go out…

I actually live an hour away from the nearest gym. Taking that into account...it would be a drag trying to get there plus who knows if they have child care too. I live in the country lol I do have a car, I'm sure I could afford it but it's just to far.

I very much appreciate this! I can't wait to try it.

I would love to. I just dont have access to a gym or the equipment. I have Bowflex dumbbell set that goes from 10 to 90lbs, a bench, a bow flex machine as well and myself. This is why I do these programs I do feel I am getting somewhere as opposed to doing nothing. I work with what I have and I do feel beach body programs…

I dont have the machine I have the dumbbells. However my husband did get the bow flex revolution which is different than that but curious what other things I could do with it.

Thanks actually just finished T25 but didn't lose much weight. Did lose inches though! I gave shakeology a try for 3 months. Didn't do a thing for me. Wish it had.

I just wanted to update finished (alpha and beta) and lost a total of 15 inches all around, 4 being off my waist! Not much weight lost about 5lbs. Glad I pushed through. Even thought I didn't see much weight loss. Beta round is a lot more fun than Alpha. Next time I might do Beta and Gamma now that I have that. I just…

Thank you! I will definitely look into that brand when I go shopping this weekend. Any idea what the resistance on those are? When I went to the sporting good store they had them in 10lb increments, this was a while ago and I was not specifically looking for some then just kind of ran into them.

I started at 189 and I am now at 148. I am 5'3 have pcos which makes weight loss a bit slower but still going at it. Currently doing P90X. My goal weight is 135 but we will see. I have never been under 140 in my adult life so even 135 seems like WOW. I am medium/large frame. Thanks for your motivation. You look amazing!

Thanks I am on week 2 lets see if i can make it.

OK after reading through most of this. I don't feel like such a failure after all. Don't get me wrong...I am losing inches. Almost 4 just off my waist alone so that is results! I've been a little down about the STUPID scale. Mainly because I've been stuck in the 150s forever. I am on week 9 have lost over 10+ inches and…
