I find it's better for me to concentrate on losing weight and getting fit for the moment. While I like the idea of dating, it would doubtless involve alcohol at some point plus food and be totally counter productive to my goals. :(

Personally from my own experience that section of fat burns after all the belly fat and love handles are gone. Probably need to get down to about 12%-10% bodyfat.

I drink about 24 x 330ml cans of Coke Zero/ Coke Zero Cherry per week and still lose weight. Losing about 2-3 lbs per week.

Couldn't agree more, the only thing making people fat is the ridiculous amount of calories and crap put into processed food + the silly amount of time it would take to burn those calories off through exercise.
