Thank you everyone!!! I've got to stock up on my salty/crunchy... I have raw almonds, but there's no salt... So they do ZERO for my salt cravings. Yes... This... I am on a medicine for overactive bladder, and it has definitely helped. But I was waking up (still am) and I did leak. I would give your body a week and see... But if it doesn't resolve itself. please talk to your doctor. There is something that can be done to help.

The watermelon stuff is a supplement that helps my energy levels. Recently I've been having a lot of medical issues and my fatigue is through the roof. I've cleared it with my doctor, and it's better than soda.

I am in LOVE with my food scale. I my mind, a decent meal will have a little bit of everything in it. Some complex carbs, lean protein and good fats. Oh and veggies. I know I don't eat enough veggies.

I usually weigh myself at home, completely naked, after my morning potty trip. The doctor's scale is always different because I'm wearing clothes, shoes, and I've eaten at least a meal. Nope... He's actually the one that suggested we start using MFP again. I used it last year with success, but I fell back on logging and gained some of the weight back. Is starvation mode even a real thing? He has a MFP account and he logs, but I'm not 100% sure it's accurate and he's not consistent with it. I know that I have to eat. I love food and refuse to starve myself. I know it's not good for me, so I just started modifying what I eat. Cutting out the Sonic breakfast helped a ton.…

I supplement, but I don't use it as an entire meal... I like to chew my fiber :)
