I haven't started yet. One of my grip handles was broken. I am waiting for a new one. I will be starting tomorrow regardless...I'm sure I can use dumbells for now

I have to agree with some of these posts. My son is 15 and is now starting to engage is more strength training based exercises. He is extremely active and plays a lot of sports! I was always told by his doctor that because he is growing it is unnecessary to pursue strength training because it could in fact cause more…

I eat more in the morning/early afternoon. So approximately 300-400 for dinner. My body does not like it when I eat past 7pm. I go to bed early though because I get up at 430am for work!

How is your sugar intake? I noticed when I dropped my sugar intake to 12-15g a day I was seeing a difference in the scale and my clothes. Just a thought :)

I did fly into MB and the bus right was just over an hour. They stop at a local pub for drinks etc. The resort is huge and the staff were the best! I'll be going back this year for my anniversary!

One thing I have done in the past to jump start my weight loss after a long plateau is a reduction in my carb & sugar intake. Personally, I think your carbs/sugar is too high. I know MFP gives you a daily max but sometimes it's good to be on the low end for these 2 things. Upping your protein is good :) Again, just my…
