I'm 5'8. I think I would look at my best at about 135 lbs. Currently 140 and can still see pockets I'd like rid of but pretty happy and 'slim' looking at that weight.

Congratulations, amazing weight loss achievement. I agreement with others, not too skinny - I think you could stay at this weight, or drop a little lower if you want a bit more of a cushion and either would be fine. thanks both! Will try and up protein a little and avoid the 'homemade' entries (i tend to use them as a default when I'm struggling but will be less lazy!). Things like the ice cream are recipes that I create myself on MyFitnessPal, so those are at least accurate!
