I for got to mention that I store the chocolate in the freezer reduces temptations to wolf the lot and I tell my husband its there so he is like the keeper of the chocolate sad I know.....but has to be done ;)

I agree there really is no point eating all your exercise calories back in terms of changing your lifestyle. I find this to be true and so only weigh myself when I feel my clothes are looser or someone comments that I look thinner. Otherwise I just stress out about it all the time and stress negates the effects of good eating by making us retain weight even put it on....eeek!
