Yep! Sometimes I don't workout (especially during the week lately) because I can't devote the entire 45 minutes that I want to do to the exercise. I know I can get it in on the weekend but the week is hard so I skip it. I have to strive for 10-15 minute workouts a couple times a day and maybe I can get somewhere. shine
