My exercises

I have figured something out about myself. I am one of these people that is a all or nothing. I think that if I don't do 3-5 miles a day I am not gonna make progress. But, I can do 15 minutes of exercise and stay in shape. I have been horrible since I've been unable to do all my exercises. So I am going to commit to do at least 15 minutes and more when I can. A little exercise is better than no exercise. Does anyone else ever do this?

    Yep! Sometimes I don't workout (especially during the week lately) because I can't devote the entire 45 minutes that I want to do to the exercise. I know I can get it in on the weekend but the week is hard so I skip it. I have to strive for 10-15 minute workouts a couple times a day and maybe I can get somewhere.
