  • Added you! I'm a mom of 3 and my youngest is 18m.
  • It's also helped with not spending money going out to eat!
  • I've started meal prepping again and it helps so much. I even meal prep my 18 month old's food. She normally eats off my plate but now I have my food weighed out and measure so momma has to eat it ALL.
  • Hi. I'm Krystle. I'm 31. I have three kids. My youngest is 18 month and I am still nursing her. I started my journey at 247 and I'm at 219 now. I started October 17. My goal is to be 199 by the end of January and then ultimately be 170. I need friends that will support and motivate my lifestyle changes!
  • Hey ladies. My name is Krystle. I would like to lose 80-90 lbs. I'm down 29 but still have a ways to go. Please add me and we can keep each other motivated.
  • Thank you for posting this. I try my best not to be discouraged by not seeing the difference. I'm down 29lbs. My clothes are a little more loose but still don't see it. I think it's in my head. People always ask how much I've lost because they notice. I really should start keeping up with measuring. I keep telling myself…
  • Hi! I'm a SAHM too. I have three kids. 10 years old, 8 years old, and 18 months old. I recently started a fitness journey. I started out on October 17 and I'm down just under 30lbs. My starting weight was 247 and my mini goal is 199. 20 more lbs!
  • PughTooFew, I am 32 weeks pregnant and due in July. I have gestational diabetes. I have been using myfitnesspal to track my carbs, protein, and give me a food journal for my doctor and dietitian. For me it is 3 small meals and 3 snack. You want to try to keep your blood sugar level and not let it get too high or too low.…
  • GD doesn't link with poor eating styles. It is more of issues with the placenta and insulin not working together like they should. I have seen perfectly healthy people get it. Being over weight does increase your chances of getting it but so does age and race.
  • I recently found out I have GD. I am about 32 weeks along. I cannot hand carbs in the morning. I do a lot of different kind of eggs with different things scrambled into it. I sometimes attempt 1 carb like 1/2 a whole wheat english muffin or 1/2 a slice of whole wheat bread.. always topped with PB or cream cheese.
  • I have learned for experience that if I don't let myself have something.. I'll break down. I started freaking out and cry one day because I wanted some carrot cake. (might have been a little overemotional) I kept thinking.. I will NEVER be able to have carrot cake again! lol
  • I work in an office. Eat a quick lunch before or after I take lunch and go to the gym. I like the healthy choice ones. Ohh and the LC Pizzas with a side of steamed veggies. HC I like the turkey and meatloaf a lot. I also fell in love with the special K flat bread breakfast sandwiches.
