I have been there. What helped me is proper fit. My arches always killed. Turned out my shoes were too small. And then make sure they are laced up tight.

From what I read, and knowing little. You should lift heavy enough so that you can do between 3-5 reps over 3-5 sets. Work the same muscle groups every other day. And increase the weight every time you go. When you can't increase weight anymore, change the exercise for a couple weeks and then try again.

Just protein powder will not make you bulk up. But it will support muscle retention and growth as you work out. I take protein multiple times a day. Only been doing it a few months. But i'm skinny

I think you are on the right track. Just keep yourself accountable by filling out your diary every day. Most of the changes can be made just with a healthy diet. And then exercise when you can.

I could have predicted different responses on this topic. I have never been a big eater. I weigh around 200. I dont want to slam 200g of protein a day. I would rather go with 160 if i could.

Are you saying your body fat percentage has gone up? If that's the case you may want to try more protein, and less cardio and more walking. But be proud of your weight loss!

I actually went there for the first time 2 days ago looking for something specific. They didn't have it. But i bought a few things i needed since i was there. Too expensive, and the ideology there is a bit on the rediculous side. I won't be going back.

There are a lot of wii exercises in the data base. But, doesn't the Wii Fit count estimated calorie loss? Maybe look into getting Wii Fit Resort if you dont have it.

Protein and carb shake is important immediately after a workout. I don't know how you could benefit from eating anything just before bed. Google post workout shake for many different opinions. I have found a post workout shake to be very effective in recovery and muscle development.
