I had chips and breaded chicken strips last Friday and felt sick to my stomach for hours. Makes me wonder how I ate so many carbs for so long.

I was able to do 20 minutes on a rowing machine last night and am only moderately sore. Also found out it was set on super high resistance. First time trying so I didn't know any better

I taught a 50 minute spinning class and didn't feel like I was dying. I actually played pick up bball for 20 minutes right after spinning.

It may sound stupid but I can jump much higher when I play basketball. I have been playing overweight for so many years I just stop jumping unless it was really necessary. Now I am grabbing rebounds and blocking shot like I was a teenager.

I have run 1 full and 3 halfs. Runnersworld.com has numerous good training programs. I am not sure where you live but train outdoors as much as possible.
