Dont waste ur money i used bio oil during my pregnancies and all it does is help fade them 2 white quicker once they r white they stay white :( x

mfp expects you to eat all of your exercise cals back but i dont i eat some bk if im still hungry or none if im not because when mfp calculates how many cals u have burned it is just an estimate a heartrate monitor is best for accurate results so my advice would be eat them if your still hungry and dont if your not :) x

I started off at 1200 n lost weight then hit a plateau i followed advice from mfp members n upped it to 1300 started losing again! Now im on 1360 n im still losing :) u can do it hun dont get urself down x
