Been doing Curves Complete and Curves Smart for 3 weeks now and only down 1 1\2 lbs....this upsets me as i have been working my butt off!! I guess i expected too much. A loss is a loss but i thought it would be greater at the beginning. And i feel like i'm eating more on curves complete than i was before...a bit discouraged

Hi Cathy, I have my first consult with Curves on Wednesday. I will be joining as soon as my daughter starts school again. So next week! I am excited to begin! I am also doing Curves complete! These are all very helpful!!! Thank you so much! It's good to hear that they can and will go away!! And i will for sure look into new\better fitting shoes. I mostly run on a treadmill, and i will definitely start trying more squats and lunges to see if that helps!

I have brought it up to my Dr many times, they just say that once they are there, there's no getting rid of them. Just tells me to ice them. That doesn't help my during an exercise though. And i hit with the ball of my foot so that's good to know. Thank you

I'm confused on all of this. People are always saying that you need to eat more than 1200 calories\day, but every calulation I have used tells me that I am only supposed to eat as much as 1200\ day..... and yet I don't lose any weight...I am with you on being frustrated

I started the 30DS 3 days ago...and i've already lost 2 inches on my waist, belly button, and and 1 1\12 inches on my bicep!!! So I can't wait to see what day 30 brings!!! I'm soooo soar but surprisingly the pain isn't so bad when I'm doing it, it hurts more doing every day things lol.

There is also Biggest Loser for the Kinect. You work out with Jillian and\or Bob and they tell you when you're doing the move wrong or tell you to speed up when you seem like you are fading out lol. it is pretty good. I like that it is interactive and lets you know if your stance is right or wrong.

I started 30DS this morning. It's tough because I have no time at night and a little one that gets up during the night. But I'm up an hour earlier than usual every day just to fit this in. I need change!! Feeling tired but I will get use to it!! We can do this!!

I need motivation for sure!! I lost 5 lbs quickly...over about a week , but now i notice that the number isn't moving. One day it'll be no movement, the next it's up a lb, then down a lb....i can't seem to break past the 5 lb mark! And with 40 more to go...it's very frustrating!! HELP:sad:

That's exactly what happened to me. I was 140 lbs after having the baby, but have gained 20 lbs over the last 9 months. It is hard, especially since my oldest daughter is in competitive dance. When we are away at competitions it's hard to stick to it. Also, she has practice late 4 nights a week. We aren't home until 7:30…
