I think it's a personal preference as to how you log it. I use a hrm and log Zumba because of the intensity. I don't think you have to though Fitbit is usually close to the calories burned on the few times I've checked it against the hrm

For 30 min I get just over 200 cal. For me it's the same if I do a Zumba class or at home with the Wii (the Wii tells u that u burn more but I've been using a hrm). I'm 5 3" and 225 lbs

I had never heard of it. I had a tubal last sept after a csection with my 3rd baby. Since I have started periods again, I have 2-3 days were I am bleeding so heavy I have to change every 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. This last one wasn't as bad it was only about 36 hrs of heavy bleeding. Double Friday is DONE! I liked the abs more this time around even though for some I have to modify, but it went much better. I did Abs first the Lower. I think I did better on the lower too. Can't wait to see how much better I do next week.

You have the same body type I do and I see that you have lost inches around your ribs and stomach. I call it a more defined bread loaf (if that makes sense). Keep it up remember it took time to put it on and it will take time to come off, but it will :)

I have lost 25 since Jan but about 16 was lost since June. I was still breastfeeding when I started and didn't get serious till this summer.

I got the chocolate and I have a hard time with it. I have used many different recipes and still can't deal with the taste. I'm thinking maybe I should try a different kind, but can't do it now financially.

Day 2 week 2 done with Total Body Circuit. Note to self do t25 before any other exercise. I did Zumba this morning with a friend and I had a hard time keeping up this afternoon, should have gotten up a little earlier to get it in, but it's done

I agree with the Fitbit this is the best way to get your TDEE, it gives you your average over 30 day span. I find it very useful

Thanks for the thoughts. I like TDEE b/c I know what I need to eat every day vs varying depending on my activity level. I do work out 5-6 days a week and along with my Fitbit I get a good look at what my TDEE is and make adjustments as needed.
